UtiliBots ("us," "we," or "our") owns and operates the utilibots.co.uk website and UtiliBots Discord Bots (the "Service"). UtiliBots Discord Bots function on Discord (the "Platform").

By using our service you implicitly agree to our terms. You may stop using the service at any time if you no longer agree to these terms.

2Service Terms

We reserve the right to revoke access to the Service at any time for any reason.

While using the Service, you also agree to obey the rules of the Platform. These rules can be found at Discord Terms and Discord Guidelines.

Our services are intended for entertainment or utility purposes. We are not responsible for any real-life or virtual damages caused by your use of the Service. Any use of the Service for illegal and/or malicious behavior may result in revocation of your access.

Prohibited Behavior

Self-bots and/or the use of macros are strictly prohibited while using the bots. This includes using automated systems to interact with our bots, and may lead to a permanent denial of access.

3Payment & Refunds

Refunds

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. Pro-rata refunds for subscriptions are issued as store credits after this period.

Chargebacks

Initiating or threatening a chargeback will result in immediate revocation of your access to all UtiliBots services.

Subscriptions are non-transferable. If you lose access to your Discord account, please contact us to manage your subscription. Purchasing premium access does not guarantee permanent use of the Service, and resale is strictly prohibited.
